The land measuring 62,005 m2 is located in the Spodnja Vižinga Business Zone in the Radlje ob Dravi Municipality. The land is located in the vicinity of the Dravograd–Maribor regional road as well as the Radelj border crossing.

The land consists of built-up and agricultural land. It was previously used for the purposes of a sawmill. The intended use of the land is determined as an industrial area.

In 2008, the urban infrastructure (the sewerage system, the rainwater system, the water distribution system, the hydrant network, public lighting, and the paved road) was newly laid in the business zone. An immediate start of use is therefore possible. The public utilities charge for the land has also already been paid in part.
