The occupation of land and commercial buildings changes, so as part of our activities is also looking for suitable locations for potential investors in Koroška region and beyond in other locations in Slovenia. Our activities include responding to the requests of potential investors and finding suitable locations for new industries and new activities
We currently have a few plots of land in the business zone available in Koroška, which are equipped with utilities or are in the immediate vicinity.
We also have a few business buildings available, some of which could be sold together with the established business.
